This hike will lead us through the northern end of the park, winding our way from east to west and looping back. This is a wonderful winter trek!

We start out of the far eastern lot on the Red Rock Rim trail, down to Red Rock Canyon. We head west and up the steps of the old quarry wall for some fantastic views, and across Mesa to Sand Canyon. Turning back east we head back down the Roundup trail with more great views, and down Red Rock Canyon to the lot.

Total elevation gain ~550' on this route.

Dogs allowed on leash.

Please meet at the ๐Ÿ“Œ on the map. The third parking lot furthest from the entrance off High Street entrance. Enter from 24, turn left around the circle (east), and go straight down until it ends in the parking lot.
