About us

A space for parents who care about how they spend their time to connect, talk, and support each other through real life.

If you’re a parent, you already know…
Life is fast.

Between work, family, responsibilities, and everything in between, it can feel like there’s always something pulling at your time and attention, and in the meantime, dreams get put on hold, and our kids grow up before we know it.

This group is simply a place to slow that down for a bit.

What this group is
✅ A casual, welcoming space where parents can:
👉🏼 meet other parents in the area
👉🏼 have real conversations about life, work, business and family
👉🏼 share experiences (the good, the messy, and everything in between)
👉🏼 connect with people who are thinking about how they want their time, work, and life to fit together

No pressure.
No expectations.
No need to have anything “figured out.”

What we do
✅ We keep things simple and relaxed.
👉🏼 Small group conversations
👉🏼 Casual meetups and hangouts
👉🏼 Open discussions around everyday topics
👉🏼 Occasional guest perspectives and shared experiences

Some conversations naturally touch on things like:
👉🏼 work and career paths
👉🏼 business and side projects
👉🏼 time, flexibility, and how people are structuring their lives
👉🏼 what’s working (and what’s not) in this season

Nothing formal.
Just real conversations.

Who this is for
✅ Parents who want:
👉🏼 connection
👉🏼 conversation
👉🏼 and a space where they don’t have to explain everything

Especially if you’ve ever found yourself thinking about:
👉🏼 how your time is spent
👉🏼 what you’re building long-term
👉🏼 or how to create more flexibility in your life

If you’ve been wanting to meet other parents who get it…
you’re in the right place.

Looking forward to meeting you,
Nia Champaneria

Wealth-Building Wednesday: Hiring Your Kids in Your Business
with guest expert James Guy from Hire the Kids

Hey parents… this is one of those topics that usually makes people stop and go:
“Wait… you can actually do that?”

    Yep. You can.

And when it’s done correctly, hiring your kids in your business can be a powerful way to:
💪🏼 teach responsibility and real-life skills
💪🏼 involve your kids in what you’re building
💪🏼 and create more intention around family and finances

    But let’s be honest…
    Most parents have no idea:
    👉🏼 what’s allowed
    👉🏼 what’s not
👉🏼 what actually counts as legitimate
👉🏼 or where people accidentally get themselves into trouble

That’s why we’re bringing in guest expert James Guy from Hire the Kids to break it all down in a way that actually makes sense.

    No confusing tax jargon.
No weird finance bro energy 😅

Just practical information parents can understand and ask questions about.

    We’ll cover things like:
✅ what kinds of jobs kids can actually do
✅ what ages make sense for different tasks
    ✅ common mistakes parents make
✅ how families are using this in real life
✅ and how to do it properly and legally

This is not legal or tax advice specific to your situation.

It’s simply an educational conversation to help parents better understand the topic and explore whether it may apply to their family.

And as always with Wealth-Building Wednesday…
The goal isn’t to overwhelm you.

It’s to help you think a little differently about what’s possible for your family long-term.

    What to expect:
    • Short educational presentation
    • Open Q&A and discussion
    • Real-world examples
    • A relaxed, parent-friendly environment

Whether you already own a business…
or you’re just curious about how families are approaching this…
    you’re welcome here.

    Bring your questions.
    Bring your coffee.

    And come learn with us.
We’ll keep things to about 60 minutes.
