Welcome to STILL, a group of likeminded people who are interested in Meditation

1.Are you trying to Meditate everyday and are unable to do it consistently?
2.Are you starting out with meditation and want to do it as a regular practice
3. Do you want to meet like minded people and want to clear your head by doing some meditation regularly.

The goal of the group is to meet everyday and meditate for an hour atleast at a decided venue and disperse,

We are no experts in meditation, we will not teach you how to meditate, this is a group to facilitate the habit of meditation, you need to practice your own method of meditation.

I am no expert, I am one of you people who wants to do this consistently and help each other out.
