What we’re about
Open to joy, fulfillment, self compassion, and unconditional love.
We will be exploring how meditation, self-inquiry, spiritually based psychotherapy, and psychedelics*, enable us to awaken to the inner healing intelligence and to non-dual awareness. We'll also explore 7 modes of consciousness as revealed through understanding the chakras.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to learn from elder Allan Ajaya PhD as he shares the wisdom, experience and knowledge he's gleaned in over 50 years of work (personally and professionally), in the space of consciousness exploration through the lens of psychedelics, psychotherapy, spirituality and meditation.
Allan Ajaya has a PhD in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. He is in private practice as a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist. He has also extensively studied meditation in India where he was initiated as a Swami. He has been guiding students in meditation for many years.
Allan is a mentor for the program at the California Institute for Integral Studies (CIIS), which trains professionals to work as guides in future psychedelic and MDMA research studies.
Allan was also the founder of The Yoga, Meditation Society of Madison Wisconsin, and the founder and owner of Shakti, the Midwest’s first spiritual bookshop which graced Madison’s State Street for over 40 years.
