A 4-week series exploring 4 of our bodies' most temperamental areas. Each week will address one region of the body, exploring the anatomy, ways to strengthen, and ways to restore. Each session will include a 20-minute lesson on the week's topic, a 45-minute asana practice, and a 10-minute discussion. Open to all experience levels.
July 14 — HEAD: Relieving head and neck tension, movement strategies for headache and migraine relief, mindfulness and staying present
July 21 — SHOULDERS: Strengthening postural muscles, relieving shoulder tension
July 28 — KNEES: Strengthening muscles supporting knees, busting common yoga myths
Aug. 4 — TOES: Releasing tension in feet, strengthening ankles, exploring how our feet affect the rest of our body
