Spend an evening learning yoga poses and mobility to help prevent injury and improve balance on the slopes.

Develop a safe, efficient skiing/snowboarding stance through yoga poses designed to improve balance and build core strength. Learn yoga poses and mobility drills to strengthen areas prone to injury and overuse, such as knees, wrists, shoulders, quads, and hip flexors. Leave with a pre- and post-slope yoga sequence to practice throughout the season.
