This workshop is a great opportunity to deepen your practice by learning the procedures more concretely.
EFT helps to alleviate distress around anxiety or challenging emotions and supports you in feeling calmer and more centered. Emerging evidence suggests EFT may also boost your immune response and even your gene expression.
Through this workshop, you will learn the detailed procedures for two techniques that you can apply immediately in your life. This will be an interactive process where participants will get to them applied on people in the workshop. We’ll also share emerging science explains how it works.
