I'll show you a method that has loads of research supporting it, that you can learn for yourself, and will be able to use three techniques as soon as you walk out of this workshop:

  • One technique that works on emotion
  • One technique that works on physical sensation
  • One technique that works on cravings - ready to give up the chocolates

The workshop will present EFT (or Emotional Freedom Techniques, aka Tapping).

EFT/tapping helps to alleviate distress around anxiety or challenging emotions and supports you in feeling calmer and more centered.

Emerging evidence suggests EFT may also boost your immune response and even your gene expression.

Through this workshop, you will learn the detailed procedures for three techniques that you can apply immediately in your life. This will be an interactive process where participants will get to them applied on people in the workshop. I will also share emerging science explaining how it works.
