Join Emily Hahn as she guides us through Emotional Freedom & Relationship Intelligence: A Guided EFT Workshop

Do you ever notice yourself repeating the same emotional patterns in relationships — even when you know better?
Many of our reactions, triggers, and relationship dynamics are rooted in subconscious emotional patterns stored in the body.
In this experiential workshop, transformational coach and hypnotherapist Emily Hahn will introduce you to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping) — a powerful mind-body practice that helps release emotional blocks and restore balance to the nervous system.
EFT combines elements of psychology and acupressure to gently clear emotional stress and shift limiting patterns.
During this session you will learn how to:
