Building something is lonely. Most people around you don't get it. Startup Social is the room where they do.
What happens: you turn up, grab a drink, and talk to people who are a few steps ahead or a few steps behind. No name badges. No forced networking. No one pitching you insurance.
Halfway through, a handful of people get up and do a 60 second pitch. No slides. Just tell the room what you're building and what you need. Most have never pitched before and they're the best ones.
Who it's for: founders, freelancers, developers and designers, angels and investors, and anyone sat on an idea they've not said out loud yet.
Who it's not for: anyone who wants to sell to the room.
