Namaste,
This group is for anyone who wants to learn ways of transforming life from effortful living to a joyous experience. The systematic use of ancient yogic techniques will help each member to explore the inner healing power. The physical & mental exercises will help members to evolve life into an effortless journey of joy, peace and connectivity.

I am a practitioner of Yog, Meditation, Yogic Breathing (Pranayam), Yogic Postures and other proven ancient yogic tools and techniques for over 22 years.
I have been teaching these tools for over 20 years. I am a personal coach for many individuals. After recently moving to the Dublin area, I am looking forward to connecting with wonderful people in the neighbourhood.
