What we’re about

Join us for a peaceful session of yoga and meditation, freely offered by the monastery. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, all are welcome.

We'll start with 45 minutes of gentle yoga to help your body soften, followed by 45 minutes of quiet meditation to let your mind settle. We'll conclude with a 30-minute Q&A and shared reflection.
