This is a gentle introduction to meditation and mindful movement β held in the peaceful grounds of a Buddhist monastery.
Each session is a chance to slow down, stretch out, and reconnect β not just with your body, but with a quieter, deeper part of yourself. Weβll move, sit, and explore what it means to be truly present β with kindness, breath, and a bit of spaciousness.

### π± Each Week You'll Be Guided Through:
π 45 mins β Yoga
Simple stretches to help you feel into your body, release tension, and sit with greater ease. The focus is not on how it looks, but how it feels β tuning into the body with care and awareness.
π§ 45 mins β Meditation
Breath, stillness, and simple presence practices to help you return to yourself.
π¬ 30 mins β Q&A and shared reflection
A relaxed space to ask questions, reflect, or simply listen and learn in community.

### πΎ Practicing in a Sacred Space
As this course takes place in a monastery, we ask all participants to approach the space with mindfulness and respect.
We kindly ask that you:
- Please wear modest clothing out of respect for the monastic environment.
- Please do not bring meat, alcohol, illicit drugs, or cigarettes.
This is a space to move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with whatβs real β from the inside out.
The environment of the monastery offers quiet support for inner practice, a kind of nourishment and steadiness that canβt always be seen, but often felt.

Yoga with Daniella
I commenced my yoga journey nearly 10 years ago, driven by a deep personal interest in holistic wellbeing and mindful movement. In 2018, I completed Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Yogiyoga College in China. After relocating to the Gold Coast in 2021, I undertook and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Laura Humphreys at Boheme Yoga Studio. Over the years, I have also regularly practiced Iyengar Yoga, which has deepened my understanding of alignment, structure, and discipline in asana. I am dedicated to the continued practice and teaching of both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with a focus on cultivating balance, awareness, and inner strength.
