Details
Hi everyone, I hope you are all enjoying the holiday season! It was great to see so many people show up and participate in our last discussion at Brewed Awakenings.
Let’s meet up after the holidays in January to discuss The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey. I saw this book in Barnes and Noble after our last meeting. This book had good reviews and takes place in cold, snowy Alaska so it should be a fun winter read and discussion.
We can meet at Madrid Cafe again since it’s a favorite spot for us.
If you’re new to book club, we all read the book on our own in advance and then meet to discuss but feel free to come and socialize even if you don’t have a chance to finish the book.
Looking ahead to February, let’s plan to read Beartown, another book by Fredrik Backman with a wintry setting and plan to meet Saturday February 7th.
Thanks and hope to see you there!
