This 45-minute workshop will teach you basic self defense moves, the tricks to remembering them, and tweaks to make sure they're as powerful as can be :)

- How to connect & move from center
- Ready stance (that doesn't invite a fight)
- 4 Simple but powerful techniques + training time
After the workshop, we'll walk over to the Hayes Valley Carnival and test some of the situational awareness and strategic thinking skills we've learned.
