Sahaja Yoga Meditation is for everyone who desires to access their deepest Self which is the source of peace, joy, and silence.  It is not a set of exercises, but rather a living science that opens up gradually as the state meditation deepens.  

Sahaja means ‘spontaneous’ while Yoga translates to ‘union’.   Sahaja Yoga is a technique that helps us achieve the spontaneous union of our inner energy with the all-pervading energy.  This union leads effortlessly to a state of meditation or "thoughtless awareness".  

During the meditation classes, you will learn and practice how to achieve this state of thoughtless awareness and continue to meditate at home.  You will also learn about the subtle energy centers and channels, and the ways in which they correspond to the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of our lives.
