About us
SAS for Women | Support and Solutions for Thriving Beyond Divorce
This group is a supportive space for women thinking about, navigating, or rebuilding their lives after divorce.
Whether you are still asking yourself “Should I stay or should I go?”, in the thick of legal and emotional challenges, or recreating your life on the other side, you don’t have to do it alone.
Our purpose is to bring women together — to share stories, exchange resources, and learn from each other’s experiences. Together we create a safe, compassionate community where every woman is free to be honest, vulnerable, and supported.
We host regular gatherings where women can:
- Be guided, mentored, and led through this life challenge in the healthiest, smartest way
- Connect with others who understand the divorce journey
- Share practical tips and emotional support
- Learn strategies for healing, growth, and creating the next chapter
- Build friendships with women who “get it”
The group is facilitated by the educators and divorce coaches of SAS for Women, an organization dedicated since 2012 to helping women make informed choices and flourish beyond divorce.
We offer free events, happenings, resources, and tools, but the heart of this group is peer connection and mutual support.
If you’re looking for a judgment-free, empowering community of women who understand the challenges of divorce, and its opportunity, you’ve found the right place.

Red flags. What's the difference between a real red flag and a story you're telling yourself?
And what is the need underneath that's actually at stake?### In this workshop, you'll:
- Learn to tell the difference between a real red flag and a story your fear is writing for you
- Get clear on what's really bothering you and what you need, so you know how to handle the red flag
- Walk away with a tool you can use the next time something raises a flag for you in dating (or in life)
And of course, there will be time for personalized Q & A.
