Join us for a peaceful weekend under the tall ponderosa pines at Arcadia Campground in the beautiful Pinaleno Mountains! This area is rich in history, shaded by Gambel oaks and Arizona walnuts, and perfect for a relaxing outdoor escape.

Location: Arcadia Campground – Upper Arcadia Group Site
Closest Town: Safford, AZ
Trip Length from ABQ: About 5.5 hours
Organizer Departure Time: 11:00 AM on Friday, November 14
(Feel free to arrive at your own pace – we don’t all need to travel together.)

Cost: $10 per person
All money collected will go toward future camping adventures for the group.
Once you pay, you’ll be added to the “Going” list!

• Reserved Upper Arcadia Group Site
• Vault toilets
• Seasonal drinking water
• Picnic tables
• Black bear area – store all food in bear-proof containers or locked in your vehicle
• Beautiful shaded areas with birdwatching opportunities
• Great vibes and a chance to connect with nature and each other

Directions:
From Safford, drive south 8 miles on US 191 to AZ 366. Turn right (southwest) onto AZ 366 and drive 11.6 miles to the campground entrance on the right side of the road. Check local road conditions during winter months.
