Tree Spring (now on Sunday)

NOTE: Date changed to Sunday. I found out today that another hiking group has scheduled this same hike on Saturday at 9. I was worried about parking already and there is not enough parking for two hiking groups at the same time, so I am moving this to Sunday.

This is a 4.1 mile out and back hike to the top of the crest with a great view. It has about 1000 feet of elevation change so a steady up hill but not extreme. Parking is limited and there is a $5 fee so we will meet at the large parking area by the Milne Guitierez Open Space just South of the Cedar Crest Post Office on NM14 and car pool up from there. We will take some time at the top to enjoy the view. Dogs are welcome on leash. Bring sunscreen, a hat, some food and plenty of water.
