Bear Canyon Open Space

Easy 2.5 mile loop with 223ft elevation gain. Estimate an hour hike.

This is a superb trail in the Bear Canyon Open Space.

The trail offers stunning views of wildflowers and mountains, with some sandy portions. There is no shade along this route, bring plenty of water and sun protection.

The trail begins from the parking lot just off Juan Tabo.

Dogs welcome and must be leashed. Please be mindful of coyotes, as they have e been known own to attack dogs.
