Let’s take advantage of the long weekend and knock out a trail I’m determined to hike before the year ends—Milne, Wagon Road, Ridge and Arroyo Loop. This 2.6-mile loop winds through beautiful, open New Mexico landscape with views of distant mountains, desert flora, dried creek beds, and old wagon roads.

We’ll meet at 8:30 AM at Smith’s on Tramway and carpool to the trailhead together. The hike has some elevation gain but is doable for all levels with a steady pace.
