Juan Tabo Cabin Hunt

When I first started the group, we used to do the La Cueva Trail, but it looks like the route to get there is no longer accessible.

I still really like this area, so come out with me for a bit of an exploratory hike. The goal is to make our way toward the Juan Tabo Cabin, but there are a lot of trails out here, so we’ll see what we find along the way and try something new.

I can’t give exact mileage or elevation gain for this one, but we’ll take it at a steady, comfortable pace.

Parking at the trailhead is limited, so we’ll meet at the Ice Arena on Tramway, at the west end of the parking lot.

Should be a good one to get out, explore, and see what’s out there.
