Sunset Social Hike 'n Dine

Let's combine a hike that is at the base of our beloved Sandias and has beautiful sweeping vistas to the West WITH some post hike social time at Homestead Cafe. We have the patio reserved for our group there post hike (at 7pm) just in time for a great sunset. They have a nice drink and food menu, so we can all toast our hiking achievements and create deeper friendships.
Important Info:

• There may be a small fee to get to parking--tell them you are going to the restaurant and it may be waived
• We will meet at the very top parking lot above the tram station
• The hike will start promptly at 6PM (so we will get back in time for the rez)
• Hike is on Foothills Trail North #365 starts on South end of upper lot

• We will hike approximately 1.5 miles with @320 feet elevation gain. It does have some challenging footing, so we recommend hiking poles, boots, water, etc.
• We anticipate this event will be very popular. Please commit or cancel well in advance if you can't come, out of respect for the reservation AND those on the waitlist.
