Golden Open Space Mesa Trail Loop

For this hike we are heading to Placitas. This is a hike a little over 2 miles and should take us about an hour. There is not much shade so as usual please bring plenty of water and hats and sunscreen. There is only about 100 feet of elevation gain so this one is definitely for everyone. Pups are also welcome on this trail.

we have been lucky we always get to.see horses while we are here and this is about the tarantula migration season and trail so we may see them as well.
