Women account for a majority of the population in the US (51.1%), yet we still don't have equity. Sit with that fact for a moment. Then join me for open discussions about why that may be. How do women view and perceive each other? What subconscious biases do we have about one another? How has living in a male-dominated world affected our relationships with each other.
