Please note the time change. We are starting at 9am this week.
With our increasingly diverse group we've changed our class structure to a 3-part format. We'd like to invite everyone to the first hour which will focus on breath and movement. For those wanting to be challenged a bit more, we encourage you to stay for the 2nd segment which will include more strength building and endurance. And for those wanting to learn self-defense, or just wanting to push themselves physically, emotionally, and psychologically, please stay for the combat side of Systema in the 3rd segment. Note that class structures may change in the moment as we try to meet the specific needs of those in attendance.
