What we’re about

The purpose of this group is to help people over 50 remain active without the use of pain killers or excessive trips to the phyiscan.

The people that should join the group are interested in staying active, looking for natural ways to address their pain, and get back to the joyful activities that they thought they lost.

At our events we will explore the different ways you can remain active without pain including nutritional support, body mechanics, and much more!
