What we’re about
This meetup is to provide San Jose, CA parents with tips and resources on how to help their children become their best selves!
By joining this group, you will be invited to attend free in-person and online parenting classes on a variety of topics including: positive parenting/discipline, potty training, teaching play skills, designing morning and evening routines (think bathtime and getting ready for school), encouraging healthy sleeping and eating patterns, and using mindfulness and yoga to support your child's emotional regulation.
All classes are presented by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), former teacher (M.Ed.) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RCYT, RYT).
