I'm aiming to schedule a happy hour get-together for every week of the summer, on weekends as much as possible, but in this particular case, during the holiday of Juneteenth, which is on a Friday this year. Come celebrate with us at Royal Boucherie on 2nd between Market and Chestnut, which The Inquirer calls "a beautiful creation of our own era, wrapped in an air of history" and Edible Philly considers "a destination French brasserie."
And here's how they describe themselves: Royal Boucherie is a lively neighborhood bar and brasserie in Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood.
Our brasserie menu, which is served continuously throughout the day, is
made up of classic French inspired fare and is augmented by a vibrant raw
bar, extensive cheese and charcuterie selections, and daily additions that
highlight the best that our region has to offer....We’re dedicated to delivering
outstanding cuisine in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Whether you're joining us
for a weekday happy hour, indulging in a cozy dinner of steak frites, or enjoying a leisurely brunch with friends, we’re excited to welcome you.

Hope to see you there!
