What We Do at Our Events:
- Introductions & Networking. We go around the room — who you are, what you're working on, your story. We don't move onto the discussions until everyone has introduced themselves, and had a conversation with someone. We do this because that allows context, and familiarity to each persons's face.
- Discussion. We take one topic and get into it properly as a group. Everyone contributes.
- The board. We keep a running board of what people in this group are actually making — projects, businesses, creative work, ideas. Yours goes up. It's how people find each other to build with, and it's the part that compounds week to week. Open floor. The last stretch is yours. Talk properly to whoever you clicked with, swap details, make plans. Between sessions.
- Members get added to a private group chat, so we can check up on each other, and you can share what you're working on during the week.
Why Join?
1. Humans Need Humans.
Every person has cells. When a cell in your body is damaged, it releases a signal —
and other cells travel through the body to reach it and rebuild
it. Repair, in there, is a group effort. We work the same way. People don't grow, recover or change much in isolation — and most people are trying to.
2. Change Starts With Aligned People
You don't need me to describe the state of things in the modern world. Depression and anxiety are climbing, kids are being raised by an algorithm, and a lot of people quietly feel disconnected. Sitting in that alone doesn't fix it. What moves is a small group of people who are actually interested in similar things as you are, people who are building something, people who support each other, so we can see each person's success, all whilst holding each other to a higher standard.
