Autumn Kickoff Potluck

THE THEME OF THIS POTLUCK IS THE BEGINNING OF AUTUMN (THE EQUINOX IS THE WEEK AFTER THE PARTY). We finally have a date! Please forgive me for the delay, as renting the room has been complicated. I will be charging $10 per person in an attempt to recoup some of the costs.

My bill for a room woth kitchen access is $88 plus tablecloths TBD, and i have to pay a large security deposit out of pocket. This solution is not sustainable. Everyone—Please help me find a cheaper room somewhere for next time, or maybe just a better way to get payment early.

We have to be all cleaned up and out by 7:15. Please stay in contact on the event chat, and please please please please do not ghost me. Although last-minute cancellations are hard on a group that is trying to have a minimum number of dishes and money to pay the room rental, I understand they happen. Just always cancel your reservation or get in contact with me, even if it’s last minute. No-call No-shows are just awful for an organizer.
