About us
Many people reach a point in adult life where connection becomes harder than expected.
Friendships take more effort. Communities change.
And it’s not always obvious where we truly belong.
The Connection Circle is a space to explore these questions together.
Through online conversations and workshops, we look at topics such as:
• Making friends as an adult
• Building meaningful relationships
• Finding community and belonging
• Navigating social transitions in your 30s and beyond
• Putting yourself out there in ways that feel authentic
Along the way, the aim is also to equip you with ideas, perspectives, and practical tools to help you build the kinds of connections and communities you want in your life.
Some events will be more reflective. Others more practical.
But the goal is always the same: helping people think more intentionally about connection and belonging.
About the different types of sessions
The Connection Circle includes two types of events:
Open sessions (free to attend)
These are more accessible and tend to have a larger number of participants. They explore different aspects of connection, belonging, and community in a more open format.
Guided workshops
These sessions run slightly longer and include more time for reflective exercises. With a smaller group, there is also more opportunity for interaction via the chat and engagement with the host.
The group is hosted by Tim Delure, a coach focusing on connection and belonging.
Everyone is welcome.

Belonging: Finding Your People in Adult Life
·OnlineOnlineMany people want deeper connection in their lives.
But one question often remains unclear:**Due to demand, I’m running this session again.**
where do we actually find our people?
In adult life, belonging rarely happens automatically.Communities change, people move, and we often find ourselves in environments that don’t quite feel like the right fit.
So the challenge isn’t just meeting people, it’s recognising where connection is actually more likely to grow. This session is part of the Reconnection Circle,
a series of guided sessions exploring connection, belonging, and community in modern life.
In this 45-minute session, we’ll explore belonging as something shaped by environment, not just effort.During the session we'll explore:
• what belonging actually feels like (beyond the idea of it)
• why some environments make connection easier than others
• how to recognise spaces where you’re more likely to find “your people”
You’ll also be guided through a short reflective exercise to help you identify where belonging already exists in your life and where you might want to cultivate more of it.The ideas in this session draw on The Reconnection Journey,
a framework I use with coaching clients to help people move from disconnection to belonging. What to expect:
The session will run for around 45 minutes and will include:
• a simple framework for understanding belonging
• guided reflection prompts to apply this to your own life
• a clearer way of thinking about where connection forms most naturally
• optional time for questions at the endYou’re very welcome to simply listen.
You won’t be singled out. This is a space you can just come into, listen, and reflect. To keep things smooth given the size of the group, this will run more like a live talk:
• participants will be on mute throughout
• there may be a couple of optional chat prompts during the session
• there will be a short Q&A at the endPractical details
Duration: ~45 minutes
Format: Online (Google Meet)
The meeting link will appear once you RSVP
Hosted by Timothé Delure, connection and belonging coachAdditional resources
If you’d like to explore this more personally:
You’re welcome to book a free exploratory call. A separate 1:1 conversation where we can look at your situation and, if relevant, how coaching might support you.

Feeling Like Yourself Around Others: Why It Matters & What Helps
·OnlineOnlineMany people want deeper connection in their lives.
But another question often sits just underneath:why does it sometimes feel hard to be fully yourself around others and why does that matter?
You might be around people, but still feel slightly guarded, a bit “on,” or not quite at ease.
And over time, that can mean:
• connection feels more surface-level than you’d like
• relationships don’t quite deepen
• or you leave interactions feeling a bit disconnected, even when things “went well”In adult life, connection isn’t just about who you meet,
but about where you feel able to show up more fully as yourself. This session is part of the Reconnection Circle,
a series of guided sessions exploring connection, belonging, and community in modern life.In this 45-minute session, we’ll explore what gets in the way of feeling like yourself around others and what helps create the conditions for more natural, genuine connection.
During the session, we'll explore:
• what it actually means to feel like yourself around others
• why we sometimes hold back or adapt in different environments
• how to recognise spaces where you can be more open and at ease
You’ll also be guided through a short reflective exercise to help you notice where you already feel more like yourself and where you might want to create more of that. The ideas in this session draw on The Reconnection Journey,
