Details

Come explore the gorgeous Goyt Valley in this lush north-western corner of the Peak District.

On this occasion we'll visit all the worthwhile sites including the reservoirs of Errwood and Fernilee, St Joseph's Shrine and the ruins of Errwood Hall, plus miles of beautifully curated woodland, as well as take in stunning views from Taxal Edge and Windgather Rocks.

Quite a few changes in elevation on this one as we dip in and out of the expansive valley, so consider this on the tougher side of moderate.

No toilets anywhere on this route so go before you leave the house.
