Join us an energizing full-body circuit training session designed for all levels! This workout focuses on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive environment.

  • Where: Aperia Mall, Level 3 Open Plaza
  • Duration: 1+ hour

What to Expect:

  • Beginner-friendly exercises targeting all major muscle groups
  • A structured circuit format with guided instructions
  • A fun and motivation atmosphere

What to Bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes

No prior experience is needed—just bring your energy and enthusiasm! Come break a sweat, improve your fitness, and have a great time. If I, as a cancer patient, can do it, you can too!
