What we're about

For those who are looking for a chance to stretch the legs on a slightly longer hike, this one is for you! At roughly 11 km, this walk is all on shared path and mostly cement, so make sure you wear comfy shoes for pavement-pounding.
We will begin a little earlier at East Malvern train station and set off exploring the Gardiner's Creek Trail, which is quite pretty in places, especially where the local council have implemented stormwater improvement projects, and along the suspended walking path to join up with the main Yarra Trail in Burnley. From there we head north around the river to finish up the hike at Burnley Brewing for some well-earned lunch and a beverage or two!
