Welcome to Jesus English! My name is Mark, and I taught English for six years privately and at one of Vancouver's best English school's downtown and now I want to help you for free! Really? Yes, really! Why??? Because I like teaching and I want to share about my relationship with God with you because God loves you and wants you to know Him personally. That's a wonderful message that's worth sharing! And don't worry, there's no pressure. You don't have to become a Christian. In my lessons, I'll teach you all the regular stuff--grammar, vocabulary, idioms, pronunciation--and we'll talk about interesting questions like... do you think God exists? What's our purpose? What does the Bible teach? Anyone is welcome from any religion, if you already believe in Jesus, or even if you don't believe in God.

Did you know that God loves you? The Bible tells us that: "God loved the people of this world 🌎 so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who has faith in him will have eternal life and never really die."

And, did you know that God wants you to have a full and meaningful life? In the Bible Jesus said that "I came so everyone would have life, and have it fully."

God wants you to know Him personally and have a full and meaningful life. There is more to life than having good friends, a good job, and getting married 💑. Even though those are all good things, God gives us the greatest joy and purpose in life; God gives our lives true and lasting meaning.

God wants everyone to know Him personally and experience a full and meaningful life. We start a relationship with God and receive eternal life through faith in Jesus; it's a free gift from God. This is great news! Christians call this the Gospel message. It's a simple message but it has POWER ⚡ to change your life.

This lesson will be about understanding the Gospel message. We will look at 4 key 🔑 points. This lesson is for everyone who's curious about how to know God personally. I hope to see you there so that I can share this incredible message with you!

How to find us:
We'll meet in the Waterfront Centre food court (not Waterfront Station). I'll arrive early to get a big table and I'll put a meetup sign on the table. I also wear a black baseball hat 🧢. See the pictures below.
