Sutta Study and Discussion Group

Hi! I am delighted to meet with like-minded folks wanting to study the Suttas, discuss them, apply in daily life and learn from one another in a casual, friendly, no-stress environment. Whatever your practice level, you are welcome to join. For the first meeting, let's plan on reading the Buddha's first and second discourses BEFOREHAND: the Dhammacakkappavatta Sutta SN 56.11 and the Anattalakhana Sutta SN 22.59 respectively. I used translations found on Suttacentral. Please print and bring your copy to meeting.
We can decide as a group in which direction we want to go at the first meeting. Time, day of week, and frequency will also be decided by the group as to most convenient, but for the first meeting, I invite you all to my home on Sunday January 4 at 4pm.
