What we’re about

🍃WELCOME TO OUR WELLNESS GROUP 2.0!

  • We will still go for walks!

  • We’re still all about activities that are great for anyone, especially over 50s!

  • We’re keeping all the great things about version 1.0, but just adding more in version 2.0 to more consciously tend to our longevity. Living longer means keeping our bodies and brains active and happy.

  • You’re already nature and wellness lovers. You’re already into better health and community builds. Add the love for learning new things and you’re sure to enjoy the group even more.

Let’s go for 100 experiences that make us live longer and happier lives, shall we?

🍃GENERAL GROUP RULES🍃
To protect the interests and well being of all members:

🍃Respect Everyone! Treat all members with kindness and respect. Everyone is here to enjoy positive vibes.

🍃Obey the rules at our venues. That means Stay On Designated Trails if hiking, to protect local wildlife and the environment. Always stick to marked paths and trails.

🍃Pace & Ability: Understand that everyone walks at different speeds. If you need to walk slower or faster, prompt me so I can adjust the group’s movement accordingly.

🍃Safety First! Stay alert to your surroundings, avoid distractions and help watch out for each other.

🍃Stay Hydrated! Bring water and take breaks as needed. It's important to stay hydrated, especially during longer walks.

🍃Be Punctual! Arrive on time to avoid delaying the group. If you're running late, try to catch up safely.

🍃No Littering! Keep the environment clean by taking all trash with you. If possible, bring a bag for any litter you might see along the way.

🍃Communicate! Share any concerns,
suggestions, with me.
Open communication helps improve the experience for everyone.

🍃Participation: Regular attendance is encouraged to build camaraderie, but if you can’t make it, just let me know. Should you remain inactive for 2months, I will write to you to confirm your membership.

🍃Dress Appropriately: Wear suitable clothing and footwear for the venue.

Remember that the goal is to enjoy trying things out that nourish the body and mind to keep us healthy and living longer, happy lives. Keep a positive attitude and have fun!
