Queer Spirit

At this time of digital whiplash and epidemic isolation, how are we defining the Queer Community?

This is a group for LGBTQ people seeking connection and to build a community founded on resilience, spirit, and an appreciation for nature.

I don't know what this will evolve into, but to start we will meet once a month in an outdoor setting to enjoy nature, get to know one another, and build community.

'Spirit' is a term that can mean many things. The spirit of the earth, each of our individual spirits, and our collective spirit in community are all longing for healing. This is not a group focused on woo-woo seeking or religious dogma. It very simply is a place to come together and spend time, share in physical space, and exchange energy and ideas toward an improved existence for the short time that we're here.

Vague, I know! That's the fun of it.

I will be looking for others to help facilitate this group. The sky is the limit for what we might become... if you have an idea, bring it!
