I'd like to invite you to a hatha vinyasa yoga class that promotes balance in body & mind. It will be held in English but I can translate to Spanish if necessary. The yoga class will help you release tension, improve fitness and reduce stress. It's suitable for beginners and intermediate and every BODY.

***What to bring
Beach towel or yoga mat and water.

***Where we meet
We meet next to Chiringuito Tropicana - on its right side when standing on Paseo Marítimo facing the sea.
