Introduce ourselves and briefly describe our situation i.e. when realized when we were ill, how we were diagnosed, who is treating us, our treatment plan, and how we are doing. 2 short paragraphs, please.

I want to be particularly sensitive to those very ill who I hope can make it to the meeting.
