Join us for a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga session designed to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body and breath. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you're welcome here.
We'll focus on mindful movement, deep stretches, and breath awareness to promote balance, flexibility, and inner calm. It's the perfect way to release tension, reset your energy, and start or end your day with intention.

- A 45-minute guided Hatha Yoga session
- Breathwork (Pranayama) and basic meditation
- Gentle poses and longer holds for deeper release
- A relaxing savasana to close (1-5 minutes)

It's best if we can start the event at 1800 so please have your yoga mat and possible drink ready.
If you're running late, no worries โ you're welcome to join us quietly whenever you arrive.
