Yoga in Yoyogi park (english)

Please join us for a basic fun yoga training in Yoyogi park at 10am

What to expect
1 hour Yoga
breath work
mind body connection
gentle full body flow
end with shavasana

If you have any questions I will be happy to help and lead you during and after the practice.

This is a free or donation based event. If you would like to donate 500 yen or 1000 yen is acceptable, also showing up with no payment is appreciated as well. This is a donation event because I recently came back from my 200 hour training in Bali and looking to gain experience teaching. Thank you for your interest in my event!
