Come Make New Friends HOLIDAY PARTY!

I believe that connecting with other people is what brings purpose and meaning to our lives. If you would like to make a new friend or two, this event is for you!

Ikon Lounge, one of Portland's premiere night clubs is opening early for our group in order to host our holiday party. There will be no cover charge from 7pm to 9pm.

This will be a social event where you can mix and mingle and join as many conversations as you like. This venue has a dance floor as well as several booths where people can sit and talk.

If you have tried other groups on Meetup and have been disappointed, I encourage you to come to this event. This event/group is different than most social Meetup groups in a few fundamental ways:

1. we have the entire venue to ourselves for at least the first couple hours. There is no guesswork on who is here from Meetup - EVERYONE is.
2. I try to personally greet everyone to comes to each event, and also introduce you into a conversation, if you like.
3. there are no cliques here; there are always a lot of new folks, and the people who are regulars are very welcoming to first time attendees.

The event starts at 7pm, but please feel free to stop by anytime. There is no such thing as being late.
