during this 3 hrs tantra- and somatic-inspired workshop, deliberate slowness becomes a guiding principle for your personal growth.engage in guided somatic and tantrik practices that ground you in the present moment and foster a deeper body-mind connection. explore the foundational pillar of embodiment subsequently, immerse yourself in the potency of conscious intimacy, cultivating meaningful connections with both yourself and others through immersive exercises designed to deepen understanding and empathy.

*the majority of practices will be partner practices. if you are joining the workshop with a friend or partner, you are more than welcome to do these practices with them; but you are invited to practise with fellow participants as well.
