In the hustle and bustle of life, yoga is a piece of pure land I have left for myself. There is no need for too many gorgeous movements, nor is there a need to pursue perfect flexibility. Just follow your breath and calm your heart, it is already a kind of healing.

Every flow on the mat is a deep connection between the body and the mind;
Every slow breath is a release and return to zero of emotions.

Yoga taught me to treat myself gently, and also let me find my own balance and strength in busyness and pressure.

☀️ Practice in the early morning to start a day full of vitality;
🌙 Practice in the evening to gently put down fatigue and anxiety.

Yoga is not about who is softer, but returning to the truest self.
May you also find inner peace and joy in practice.
