1. Drive to Three Arch Beach at 21 Bay Drive Laguna Beach
2. Tell the Guard Gate 2 Vista Del Sol and your name
3. Drive straight down to the end of the road, turn left on S La Senda Dr and the entrance to the stairs will be on your right. Please do not park anywhere that is red or say “golf cart parking”
4. Walk down the stairs and go right to the end of the beach where the arches are

What to Expect

We will begin with rapid breathwork and meditation to open up your heart and activate your natural healing systems.

During the sound bath you will receive the high vibrational frequencies of the gong, harmonic crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums that will deepen your relaxation, soothe your energetic and spiritual body, and invite you into a meditative trance-like state.

As you bathe in the harmonic frequencies, your body’s natural healing response will be activated, balancing your chakras, and releasing any blockages while bringing you into the same profound state of relaxation that seasoned meditation practitioners would reach during meditation.

Our Bodies Natural Affinity to Crystal Bowls

With our bodies being made of about 65%-70% water, the pure quartz silica sand in the crystal singing bowls deeply resonates with the crystalline particles in our body. This allows the healing sound waves of the crystal bowls to not only be received through our ears but also our body. The sound waves washes through our body, immediately cleansing and harmonizing the water crystals in our bodies making them look like fractals and snowflakes.
