Join us for a fun and energizing fitness meetup that includes:
• 45–60 minutes of strength training to build power and confidence
• 20–30 minutes of guided meditation and stretching to ground and restore
Whether you’re looking to sweat, reset, or simply move with community, this session is for all levels.
Optional post-workout brunch in Sunnyvale downtown—come refuel, laugh, and hang out with good people!
Cost: $40, payment details will be given to attendees.
What to Bring: Water bottle, a yoga mat or towel, and good energy, plus brunch vibes if you’re joining us for Noms after!
