What we’re about
The Workshop is urban university’s learning space for personal and professional skill-building programs for program participants, nonprofit organizations and the wider Oakland community. Our mission is to offer a space that brings out the best in individuals, artists, organizations, and small businesses through learning events and community gatherings.
This space was made possible by a grant by CA Rise through a partnership with REDF, Lendistry, and the CA Office of the Small Business Advocate. Monthly updates will be added to this site as events and programs are scheduled. Sign up for our newsletter to receive event information.
