About us

M.E.N.C.H. (Men Engaged in Nurturing, Community, and Healing) is a peer-led support group for divorced Jewish fathers navigating co-parenting, personal transition, and family restructuring.

Divorce alters a family's structure, but fatherhood remains permanent. M.E.N.C.H. provides a secure, confidential space for dads to connect with peers facing similar emotional adjustments and cultural transitions. Whether managing new parenting schedules, navigating parallel parenting, or maintaining Jewish traditions and holiday rituals across two households, the group serves as a practical sounding board and communal anchor.

Rooted in the Jewish value of being a mensch—a person of integrity and responsibility—the group focuses on constructive growth and forward-looking strategies. It is a supportive community centered on becoming the best possible parents and rebuilding a solid foundation for the future.

M.E.N.C.H. welcomes Jewish dads from all backgrounds and levels of observance. Here, no father has to navigate the transition alone.
